The Challenge

When Happio.io reached out to us, the app had strong intentions, but there was no user journey to match. It lacked meaningful features, emotional engagement, and clinical grounding. Users had no clear path through the app, and nothing substantial to support their wellbeing.

It wasn’t marketable, scalable, or therapeutically valuable for its early state. Our goal was simple but significant: to create a digital product that users could trust, enjoy, and benefit from on a daily basis.

Transforming a mental health app from fragmented concept to powerful, clinically-informed product.

Happio.io came to us with a vision, to become a mental health companion for everyday wellbeing. But the app wasn’t ready. There was little functionality, limited user flow, and no clear therapeutic impact. Over two years, we’ve partnered with their leadership team to reshape the entire product, communications, and growth strategy.
